What is the sakti effect?
drawn from an ancient belief in the power of the divine feminine, sakti: the dynamic energy of creation, sustenance, and transformation. the force of knowledge, will, and action.
this power is innate within all women, both as individuals and as a collective. i'm passionate about uplifting it in each of us—as professionals, caregivers, mothers, creators. the sakti effect cultivates a world where women lead, build, and sustain with their whole selves intact and what becomes possible when we embrace and amplify our sakti.

Helping women design work that fits their lives +
organizations build and sustain momentum
my work is shaped by over two decades navigating organizations where responsibility is often quietly carried—frequently by women. but it was motherhood that crystallized why this work matters.
i struggled for many years to have a child. the day I dropped off my five-month-old daughter at daycare and sat crying in my car, i knew something had to change. i had endured so much to have her, and it felt like i was handing her off to rush to an office where my work and time weren't truly prioritized or valued. when COVID shifted me to remote work, everything clicked: i could accomplish more while being present for what mattered most. that tension between capability and constraint became the foundation of the sakti effect.
i've held roles where the work never really leaves you, where people rely on you to hold context, navigate competing priorities, and keep things moving—even when clarity feels out of reach. across highly regulated industries, mission-driven organizations, educational settings, and public institutions, i've led operations, strategy, and cross-functional work at moments when stability mattered most. my role was to stand between vision and execution—holding the thread so complex work could move forward without losing its integrity.
my journey has been iterative, not linear. i've worn different hats across completely different fields and industries, often starting over, learning something new each time. i haven't climbed a prescribed ladder or followed a traditional career playbook, i believe this makes me more accessible to women who know their own value but struggle with imposter syndrome when trying to fit someone else's definition of success.
outside of work, i create, through art and food. i adventure, through travel and outdoor exploration. and i play, with my family and friends. i care deeply about food security, human rights, poverty alleviation, and protecting natural spaces. these aren't separate from my work; they're part of how i stay connected to what's real and what matters.
today, i walk alongside women as they translate their labor: professional, personal, and heart-driven, into work that honors their whole lives. i also partner with organizations to hold vision and sustain momentum—offering steady leadership that steps in when teams need to step away, so meaningful work can continue without sacrifice and nothing falls through the cracks. if this resonates with you, let’s connect.
approach & philosophy
i don’t arrive with a rigid framework or a one-size-fits-all solution. i arrive by listening—especially to women who have been carrying more than their share for a long time.
my approach is grounded in lived experience and shaped by four core ways that honor women’s leadership and capacity.
warm realism
creating space for honesty about what’s actually happening, without judgment or urgency to “fix” it
grounded confidence
reflecting back women’s capability and experience that may have become invisible under pressure
strategic clarity
breaking complexity into clear priorities and next steps so that women can move forward without carrying everything alone.
quiet steadiness
holding the bigger picture during moments of uncertainty, transition, or growth
